Welcome to Hope on the Farm
At Hope on the Farm, we believe healing and growth are strengthened through meaningful connection with horses and nature. Our mission is to foster hope, resilience, and personal growth by providing supportive equine-assisted learning and nature-based experiences for individuals impacted by trauma, as well as those living with physical or mental health disabilities.
Services
At Hope on the Farm, we pair children and adults experiencing hardship—whether from trauma or physical and mental health disabilities—with horses to foster hope, trust, and personal growth. We also take time to explore natural outdoor environments to promote mindfulness, grounding, emotional well-being, while also offering opportunities to learn more about animals, ecosystems, and the natural world.
Frequently Asked Questions
Hope on the Farm is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and adults who have experienced trauma, as well as individuals living with physical and mental health disabilities. Our goal is to provide weekly services at low to no cost to at least 26 individuals in our community this year, while also supporting at least 10 groups throughout the year, such as local school classrooms, foster care agencies, and other community organizations. We rely on community support to help make this vision possible and to expand access to healing, hope, and growth for those we serve.
