About Hope On The Farm
Founded on a passion for healing and connection, Hope on the Farm is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers individuals ages five and up to overcome adversity through the transformative presence of horses and the restorative power of nature. In a safe and nurturing environment, our equine-supported learning, nature-based experiences, and equine-assisted psychotherapy sessions (coming this fall) inspire trust, resilience, and renewed hope.
At Hope on the Farm, we believe some of life's greatest lessons are learned outside the classroom. Through equine- and nature-assisted learning experiences, we provide engaging, hands-on opportunities for children, teens, and adults to build confidence, strengthen relationships, develop leadership skills, and discover their unique strengths.
Our experiential programs combine meaningful interactions with horses, guided activities in nature, and reflective learning to foster personal growth, resilience, communication, teamwork, and emotional well-being. Whether participants are seeking personal enrichment, leadership and group development, educational enrichment, or simply a deeper connection with nature, our programs offer a welcoming environment where learning happens through experience.
No horse or outdoor experience is necessary to participate. Our programs are designed for individuals, families, public or private school groups, homeschool groups, community organizations, and teams of all ages and abilities who are looking to grow, learn, and thrive individually or together.
Come experience the healing power of horses, the peace of nature, and the joy of learning in a whole new way.
