Amanda Bradley
Board of Directors
Founder & CEO
Amanda grew up on a farm in the rolling hills of Southwest Virginia, where her love for horses began early. Her parents purchased her first horse, Midnight, when she was a young teenager, and through that relationship she found comfort, hope, and a sense of healing. Horses have been a steady source of strength in her life ever since.
Amanda’s compassion extends beyond her equine partners to the people in her community who are navigating trauma, adversity, or addiction. She currently works with children of varied abilities in a pediatric therapy office, providing speech‑language services as a certified speech‑language pathology assistant. She also volunteers in the regional jail, ministering to women with substance use disorders, offering encouragement and support.
Driven by a desire to walk alongside others in meaningful ways, Amanda is pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling where she currently provides equine-assisted psychotherapy as an intern under the appropriate supervision. Her life and work reflect a deep commitment to hope, resilience, and the belief that connection—whether with people or horses—can change lives.

Jamie Bradley
Board of Directors
Equine Activity Specialist
Jamie discovered his love for horses in 1998 as a young adult, and that passion has shaped much of his life and work. He currently serves as the activities director at Fox Meadow Stables, where he plans, directs, and operates equestrian programs for children and adults of all ages and abilities.
Jamie is a devoted father to twelve children, seven of whom he and his wife, Amanda, have adopted from the United States foster care system. His compassion for children and adults facing trauma or substance use challenges is reflected in every area of his life. He recently completed an introduction to equine assisted services course, which deepened his understanding of how horses can support personal growth. He remains committed to offering non‑clinical, equine‑supported experiences.
For more than ten years, Jamie has also served as the director of a Christ‑centered addiction program, ministering to individuals in the community and to those who are incarcerated. His heart for people, combined with his love for horses, fuels his desire to walk alongside others as they pursue hope, stability, and transformation.

Jaden Bradley
Board of Directors, Equine Activities Mentor
Jaden has been around horses since birth and has always had a natural gift for horsemanship. From a young age, she took on the training and care of her horses, forming deep bonds with each one. Her passion recently led her to rescue a mustang from a western reservation, a project that reflects both her skill and her compassion.
As one of twelve siblings—through birth and adoption —Jaden grew up in a home shaped by the realities of childhood trauma and healing. That experience opened her heart to others walking through difficult circumstances and helped shape her desire to serve.
Jaden currently works at Fox Meadow Stables as an equine activity specialist, where she finds joy in helping children and adults learn to trust and connect with horses. Before beginning her college studies, she also worked as a veterinary assistant at a local emergency clinic, where she cared for injured and critically ill pets with the same dedication and steadiness she brings to her equine work.
Jaden is honored to serve on the board of Hope on the Farm. Jaden is committed to compassion, service, and offering hope to those in need.

Jacob Bradley
Board of Directors, Contractor
Jacob has been around horses his entire life, and that lifelong connection has shaped both his character and his desire to serve others. As one of twelve siblings—some of whom experienced significant adversity before joining the family—he developed a deep compassion for individuals facing hardship.
For many years, Jacob assisted his father in a Christ‑centered addiction program, an experience that strengthened his heart for people walking through trauma, recovery, and life challenges. He now serves his community as a self‑employed contractor, bringing the same dedication and integrity to his work that he brings to his relationships.
Jacob is honored to serve as a board member for Hope on the Farm and is excited to witness the impact that equine‑supported mentoring can have on the lives of children and adults in need.
